Dharamsala, May 18 – Kalon Tripa Prof. Samdhong Rinpoche left Dharamshala yesterday for Delhi, France and England. Rinpoche will be in France from 20-26 May. Rinpoche will be participating in a dialogue near Nice in Southern France on ‘ecology, peace and non-violent movement’ at the invitation of Resurgence, a non-governmental organisation working for the promotion of sustainable development.
While in Paris, the Kalon Tripa will participate in a series of meetings with the Tibet Support Groups in France.
Rinpoche will head towards London where he will participate in a public speaking event at the invitation of International Society of Ecology and Culture. Rinpoche will be in England from 26 to 30 May. He returns to Dharamshala on 1 June.
