Dharamsala, July 16: The Central Tibetan Administration held a prayer service yesterday evening to mourn and pray for the abrupt demise of Tulku Tenzin Delek and the latest self immolator from Kyegudo at Tsuglakhang Temple with hundreds of Tibetans and supporters in attendance.
The service was led by Kirti Rinpoche and was organized by the Department of Religion and Culture of the Central Tibetan Administration.
