New Delhi, June 05: Members of Bharat Tibbat Sahyog Manch (BTSM) along with Rashtravadi Muslim Andolan, Hindu Jagran Manch, Kartavya Bodh Trust and Himalaya Parivar lead an anti-China procession from Jantar Mantar to Parliament Street New Delhi here today.
Dr K.C. Agnihotri, President of BTSM, Shri Bhupender Kansal of Himalaya Parivar, Shri Mahesh Chadda, Shri Amrit Lal Sharma, President of BTSM Delhi Chapter and Shri Girish Juyal of Rashtravadi Muslim Andolan, all gave speeches prior to their rally against China’s alleged interference in Arunachal Pradesh.
The pro-Tibet groups also demanded freedom for Tibet and criticised the policy of Indian government on China regarding Tibet. During the demonstration, the protesting groups burned down an effigy representing the Chinese Ambassador to India, Mr Sun Yuxi. The andolan concluded with the warning to carry on more agitating demonstrations across India if the Chinese government fails to comply with their demands.
