Bhopal(India) November 19 – Dr. Mahesh yadav, founder convener Mahatma Gandhi Tibet Freedom Movement, concerned to Mahatma Gandhi Global Amity Council (India), after being arrested on 18.11.2006 by the police in Bhopal, giving effect to an order of arrest by govt. of India under pressure from China, to stop him to reach Delhi to demonstrate protest against the Chinese President’s India visit, is undergoing fasting from 6.00 pm of 18.11.2006 till his release, in protest oh Hu-jinto’s India’s visit.
Ajay Jain, a peace activist and the Working president of the council said that Dr. yadav along with him were to reach New Delhi on 19.11.2006 by the train Bhopal Express, to undergo protest by way of observing 47 hours of protest at Jantar Mantar New Delhi, against the visit of Chinese president to India including his proposed addressing of the Indian parliament and moreover to raise demand including “making Tibet a place for Heaven of Peace on Earth” and “giving back of the land forcibly garbed by the Chinese army during the 1962 war”, but unfortunately we were arrested by the police in Bhopal whereas, Dr. yadav will remain arrested till Hu-Jinto leaves India.
Ajay Jain further said that health of Dr. yadav is deteriorating and is worth worrying for as his Blood pressure is gradually lowering on and any untowardsness if happens then Govt. will be responsible for it.
