As part of its educational awareness activities, the Tibetan Centre for Human Rights and Democracy (TCHRD) embarked on a new initiative this year by producing an audio visual documentary entitled Democratisation process in exile and structural framework of the Central Tibetan Administration (CTA).
TCHRD believes that the video project will be highly effective in educating the exile Tibetan community on Tibetan democracy and in enhancing their knowledge on the set up and functioning of the CTA. TCHRD also believes that an aware and an informed public will be in a better position to make informed decision and take meaningful participatory role in the democratic process.
The video, which is available both in VCD and DVD formats, is in Tibetan language and will be distributed free of cost. The video is also available on TCHRD’s website on the following links:
