On 13th March 2006 the Tibetan Women’s Organisation in Switzerland organised a commemoration march in Zurich.
The march went through the Bahnhofstrasse, the most famous street in Zurich, to the Chinese Konsulat (Chinese Consulate)where the final demonstration took place. The attendees prayed for all the Tibetans who died for Tibet and for a long life of His Holiness the Dalai Lama.
The gathering dispersed after the singing of the Tibetan National Anthem.
