Dharamshala July 4-Kalon Tripa Prof. Samdhong Rinpoche, who is also the Kalon for Department of Home of the Central Tibetan Administration, will address the Tibetan people in and around Dehra Dun in a gathering at Dekyling Tibetan Settlement on Sunday, 9 July.
The Kalon Tripa will speak on the position of the Central Tibetan Administration, the state of ongoing talks with the Chinese leadership, progress in the process of democratization of Tibetan polity, et al. He will also take questions from the people after his address.
The Kalon Tripa will stay at Mussoorie from 11-17 July and return to Dharmshala on 18 July.
