Mumbai, May 30 – Veteran actor Anupam Kher would be conferred upon an award at the hands of Tibetan spiritual guru Dalai Lama for his contributions to the society.
The award shall be presented to Kher on June two at Macleodgang, the abode of Dalai Lama, a release here said.
Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh Veer Bhadra Singh would be present on the occasion.
The award has been instituted by newspaper group Divya Himchal and carries a citation and trophy.
