Bangalore, September 27 – The State Government will try to address the problems faced by Tibetans, who are fighting for the cause of Tibet, the Minister for Industries and Infrastructure, P G R Sindhia, said here on Sunday.
Addressing a seminar on “Indo-Tibetan relationship” organised by the Indo-Tibetan Friendship Society of Bangalore and Bylakuppe near Mysore, Mr. Sindhia said the legislators concerned should take up the matter in the next session of the State legislature.
The Minister expressed confidence that Tibetans would achieve their goal of settling down in their motherland.
Hailing the leader of Tibetans, the Dalai Lama, as an internationally recognised spiritual leader, Mr. Sindhia said that he inspired him.
