The day started with the same routine we have been following since the day first at around 9 in the morning. We resumed our rally from the town named Jangaon and after cycling for about 18 kms we rested to quench our thirst and then resumed our rally for the next town called Aler where we distributed phamplets while cycling all round the city and then called a public discussion with the local with the help of the local heads. It went off so well that we sighed a heart felt relief and then set off alittle bit further since the food department has already set ahead of us to prepare us lunch. They have chosen such a pleasant place and the food they served us left us amazing and almost forgot the hardship we have undergone a few hours back. At around 2:30 we set off for the next 20 kms rally to get to the other town where we are going to halt for the night. On our way we met so many villages where we distributed Telugu translated phamplets and rode away until we got Bhongir where we are highly welcomed by the A.P Tourism manager Mr.K. Ramanji Reddy who provided us with delicious dinner and a beautiful lodging for the night. Moreover, since he was leaving to some other place for some official work, he accompanied us till Bhongir railway station on a bicycle he took from one of us. We are very much inspired by him that we ended up the night entertaining patroitic songs to the local people in front of a medical shop whose owner was so kind in allowing us to use his corridor as a stage for the show. Some of our students distributed phamplets while the show is going on and finally satisfaction descended us when the local people started raising voice on our behalf. It was a wonderful night to us to be remembered with forever.

The news of the sixth day rally.

We followed the same routine as we did in the past six days for the morning but the breakfast we had this morning was quite different since the A.P Tourism has served us with puris. We are deeply indebted to them as they provided us with free accomodation and helped us alot in our mission. After having breakfast we took some group pictures and then set off. On our way we met so many small towns where we left no stone unturned in distributing phamplets since most of the people living in A.P are not aware of the Tibetan issue. Some didn’t even heard of our country. So we planted some thing in their minds about our nation and after covering some 20 kms we halted near one church where we had our lunch and then at around 2:30 in the after noon we set off to Hyderabad distributing phamplets on the way when suddenly we saw some familiar faces waiting with scarfs in their hands ….yes…they were none other than the RTYC Hyderabad ..the feeling of getting back to our own land descended us when we saw some of the students shedding tears ..they cordially welcomed us with scarfs and then provided us with refreshments ..later on we felt some togetherness when the presidents of both the RTYC delivered some speeches and ended up the day. But the last day of our mission will be tomorrow since we are going for the last day cycly rally in and around the city until we get to the hall where we will have the closing ceremony. We have invited so many dignitaries and learned personals for this function so i’ll let you know tomorrow.

Yours cordially

yeshi dakpa(President)
