On asked about China’s objection to His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s visit to Arunachal Pradesh, Mr. Prakash quoted Prime Minister Manmohan Singh’s statement that the Dalai Lama was a spiritual leader and an honored guest who was free to travel anywhere in India.
