This is to announce that a letter was sent to Jewon Koondhor Rinpoche and Jamyang Tenpe Nyima Rinpoche by the representatives of Tibetan Community in Switzerland & Liechtenstein requesting clarification on recent news reports appeared in China’s official Xinhua News Agency and other media channels dubbed them as “Delegation of Tibetans in Europe”.
According to the written response of Jewon Koondhor Rinpoche, he confirmed that the pilgrimage to Beijing and Tibet was purely private and not undertaken under the name of “Delegation of Tibetans in Europe”.
Thus, the above visitors do not represent Tibetan Community in Switzerland & Liechtenstein.
