An hour-long show titled “ Destruction on Roof of the World” displayed suffering of Tibetan people inside Tibet under the Chinese occupation and also showed how China is destroying Tibetan peoples’ culture, language and religion.

“Though the Tibetans were being beaten brutally and tortured by Chinese for exercising their basic fundamental rights, they still have not lost their hope for a Free Tibet and return of H H the Dalai Lama to Tibet. Therefore theme of the skit is how so ever mighty may be the forces of evil but eventually truth and peace will prevail,” said skit director Mr. Malik.

Mr. Bhupendra Kansal, General Secretary of Himalaya Privaar opines that through such medium, issue of Tibet can be reached out to all the sections of Indian people. It is not only easy to keep the interest of audience intact throughout the show but also will have lasting impact on their mind.
