Kasur Tashi Wangdi Joins New York’s Office of Tibet
Kasur Tashi Wangdi today joined the New York’s Office of Tibet as the new representative of His Holiness the Dalai Lama to the Americas. He succeeds Dr. Nawang Rabgyal, who will join the DIIR of the CTA by the end of this month.
