Dalai Lama confers Avalokiteshvara Empowerment in Dharamsala
The Tibetan spiritual leader His Holiness the Dalai Lama while conferring Avalokiteshvara Empowerment (Chenresig Jigten Wang) said the main purpose is to discipline and gain control of our mind. The Dalai Lama further advised devotees to reduce negative emotions to attain happiness.
