The speaker of the Dharamshala based Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile Penpa Tsering met with Speaker Maya Graf of the Swiss Parliament in Zurich on Monday. Speaker Tsering, who is on an official visit to Switzerland, met Speaker Graf “informally” over lunch
