Kerry Must Raise Tibet Issue: HRW
Sophie Richardson, the China Director at the Human Rights Watch (HRW), yesterday wrote to US Secretary of State, John Kerry, to raise the critical human rights situation in Tibet during his upcoming visit to Beijing.
