Protests continue in Tibet: Leaflets warn of more protests, Chinese flag again pulled down

Two Tibetans were arrested after leaflets warning of more ‘free Tibet protests’ were cited near a Chinese police station in Kardze Saturday. Tashi Palden, 21 was arrested for raising slogans calling for a ‘Free Tibet’

‘Tibet will be Free’ says a banner welcoming Xi to US

As Chinese Vice President Xi Jinping landed in the U.S. Monday, Tibetans and supporters unfurled a huge banner, sending a “defiant message of freedom” to the Chinese leaders stating “Xi Jinping: Tibet Will be Free”

Guardian journo lifts lid on Tibet repression, Says Ngaba is a ‘conflict zone’

A British reporter from the Guardian newspaper was able to sneak into the distraught Ngaba (Ch:Aba) region of eastern Tibet and provide a rare glimpse of the situation from behind the iron curtain of Chinese repression.
