“The Tibetan spirit remains strong,” says Kalon Tripa
On a one-day stop over in Paris, the democratically elected Tibetan leader Dr Lobsang Sangay, met with officials from the French foreign ministry and the Tibet Study group at the French Senate. Later in the afternoon, the Kalon Tripa spoke to the Tibetan community in France.
