Tibetan director wins the Dragons & Tigers Award in Vancouver
Sonthar Gyal, a Tibetan debutant director has won the prestigious18th annual Dragons & Tigers Award for Young Cinema at the ongoing Vancouver International Film Festival for his road film The Sun Beaten Path.
