Sitting parliamentarian Gyalrong Dawa Tsering passes away
Member of Parliament from Domey province, Gyalrong Dawa Tsering breathed his last today at around 3.20 pm Indian time. He was 59. The day’s final session of the ongoing monsoon sitting of the Tibetan Parliament-in-exile was adjourned
