His Holiness the Dalai Lama left his exile home of Dharamshala, north India earlier today for a three-nation Europe visit which will take him to France, Estonia, and Finland. The 76-year old Tibetan spiritual leader is scheduled to give teachings on Kamalashila’s ‘The Middling States of Meditation’ (gomrim barpa) in Toulouse, France
