The overall men’s champion of the 2008 Tibetan Olympics Dorji Tsering triumphantly stands with first runner-up Dawa Dhakpa and second runner-up Tenzin Choephel at the end of a spectacular grand finale day of the event on Sunday, May 25, 2008. In the Women’s Championships; Tsering Lhamo, Dhartso Kyi, and Dolkar Tso came out first second and third respectively. Ten women and 13 men took part in the 4-day Tibetan Olympics that began on 22nd May. Participants from both sides competed in all the ten different sports of the customized decathlon.
