His Holiness the Dalai Lama tosses Chemar (traditional welcome offering) upon his arrival at the Tibetan Institute of Performing Arts (TIPA) for the inaugural first day session of the annual 14th Shoton (Yoghurt Festival) or, the Tibetan Opera Festival on Tuesday, March 4, 2008.
