Former Tibetan Minister Passes Away
Kasur Dawa Tsering, former member of the Cabinet of the Central Tibetan Administration in Dharamsala and former Representative of His Holiness the Dalai Lama to the Americas, passed away in Virginia on December 31, 2006.
