Tibetans celebrate New Year in a traditional way

The Tibetan year of the Wood-Monkey, 2131, began here on Saturday with the beginning of the Losar (Tibetan New Year). The Tibetans all across the world celebrate the first seven days of Losar (New Year) as times for thanksgiving, homecoming and prayer.
