In a sad incident, Nyima Drakpa, a former Tibetan political prisoner passed away Friday afternoon at his home in Tawu County, Karze TAP. According to reliable sources, Nyima was imprisoned in October 2000 on arbitrary charges of “hindering welfare of the country”
