The exiled Tibetan Prime Minister Samdhong Rinpoche called on India to help resolve the Tibetan issue. “A process of dialogue is going on between our government (the Dalai Lama’s exiled Tibetan government) and the Chinese leadership,” Rinpoche said Sunday.
